WARRANTY INFORMATION
MYONLINESOURCE.COM sells Roman Christmas Trees, Wreaths &
Lights.
MYONLINESOURCE.COM makes the following warranty to the original purchaser of Roman
Lights' mini light sets, trees, wreaths and garlands.
MYONLINESOURCE.COM warrants its mini lights products to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of three(3) years or three
thousand(3,000) hours of use from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
MYONLINESOURCE.COM warrants its indoor Roman Lights trees, wreaths and garland
foliage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of
ten(10) years from the date of purchase, and its outdoor foliage for a period
of five(5) years from date of purchase.
MYONLINESOURCE.COM will repair or replace any product which contains a defect in
material or workmanship which existed at the time of manufacture or which
developed under normal use or service. This warranty does not cover bulb
replacement or ordinary wear and tear.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES AND DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS, MALFUNCTIONS OR FAILURES OF
THE TREES, LIGHTS, WREATHS OR GARLANDS WHICH WERE CAUSED BY REPAIRS BY
PERSONS NOT AUTHORIZED BY MYONLINESOURCE.COM, USE OF PARTS, OR ACCESSORIES NOT
AUTHORIZED BY MYONLINESOURCE.COM, MISHANDLING, MODIFICATIONS, OR DAMAGE TO THE
PRODUCTS WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION, UNREASONABLE USE, OR OUTDOOR USE OF TREES.
IF THE ORIGINAL USER OR PURCHASER CEASES TO OWN THE MYONLINESOURCE.COM MINI LIGHTS,
TREE, WREATH OR GARLAND PRODUCT TO WHICH THIS WARRANTY APPLIES, THIS WARRANTY
AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY WHICH THEN REMAINS IN EFFECT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ARE VOIDED.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. THE DURATION OF
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE
PERIOD OF EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MYONLINESOURCE.COM. BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE
MYONLINESOURCE.COM PRODUCT. YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS
PROVIDED ABOVE.

To obtain service, contact MYONLINESOURCE.COM where you purchased your Roman
Lights' product. Proof of purchase is necessary to ensure warranty is still
valid.

You will be responsible for prepayment of insurance and freight or other
transportation to the store. Proof of purchase (your sales receipt/invoice) is
required and must be included when returning the product which you claim is
defective. Also, an "authorized" RMA form must be submitted.

Repaired or replaced products will be forwarded to the store where you made the
purchase within 60 days of receipt by MYONLINESOURCE.COM. If the exact item is
no longer available, MYONLINESOURCE.COM will replace the original with an item
of equal or greater value.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW

Limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts.

The exclusion or limitation of direct, indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages.

The exclusion or invalidity of express or implied warranties if the user ceases
to own the product.

The limitation of the remedies and recourses available to the purchaser.

The invalidity of an express warranty when a product identified by brand name
is not used (unless specific conditions are fulfilled).
SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER
RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
